Admission is conducted through JAMB in eight stages.

The University does not operate a separate undergraduate application form. Candidates register with JAMB, select the University as their first-choice institution, sit the UTME, and complete the University's Post-UTME screening exercise.

The application process, stage by stage

Register for JAMB UTME

Create an account on the official JAMB website and register for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination. Everything that follows depends on this registration being correct.

Requirements at this stage
  • Use an email address and phone number you will keep
  • Store your registration number somewhere safe
  • Upload a clear, recent passport photograph
Entry requirements

UTME subjects by programme

Five O'Level credits including English Language and Mathematics: at one sitting for MBBS, at not more than two sittings for every other programme.

Through JAMB. Register for the UTME, select FUMHSF as your first-choice institution, sit the examination, meet our cut-off mark, then complete our Post-UTME screening. There is no separate undergraduate application form on this website.
