The Management of the Federal University of Medical and Health Sciences, Funtua wishes to clarify the misconception surrounding the ₦50,000 payment for course transfer consideration.

The ₦50,000 payment is a processing and assessment fee, applicable only to students being considered for possible transfer to other programmes, excluding MBBS and Nursing, subject to academic evaluation.

Key Points to Note

Kindly note the following:

1. The ₦50,000 payment is strictly for consideration, not approval.
2. Course transfer is subject to academic performance, availability of space, and compliance with departmental and regulatory requirements.
3. Competitive programmes have limited admission slots, and meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee placement.
4. Students who fail to meet the required academic standards will not be transferred, irrespective of payment made.
5. No refund shall be made after payment.
