NELFUND Extends 2025/2026 Application Deadline to 27th February 2026

The Management of the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) wishes to inform all students and prospective applicants that the deadline for the 2025/2026 student loan application has been extended to Thursday, 27th February 2026.

"In line with our commitment to ensuring that no eligible Nigerian student is left behind, the Fund has extended the application deadline to Thursday, 27th February 2026. We urge all eligible students to take advantage of this extension and complete their applications before the new deadline."

How to Apply

Eligible students can apply for the NELFUND student loan by following these steps:

1. Visit the official NELFUND portal at https://nelf.gov.ng
2. Create an account or log in with your existing credentials
3. Complete the application form with accurate personal and academic information
4. Upload all required documents
5. Submit your application before Thursday, 27th February 2026
