Online POST UTME Admission Screening Exercise for 2025/2026 Academic Session

The Federal University of Medical and Health Sciences, Funtua (FUMHSF) invites all eligible UTME candidates who chose the university as their first choice to participate in the online Post-UTME screening exercise for the 2025/2026 academic session. The screening is scheduled from Tuesday, 21st October to Friday, 25th October, 2025.

This is to inform all candidates who applied for admission into the Federal University of Medical and Health Sciences, Funtua (FUMHSF) through the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and chose the University as their first choice, that the online Post-UTME screening exercise for the 2025/2026 Academic Session will commence on Tuesday, 21st October, 2025, and close on Friday, 25th October, 2025.

Screening Procedure

  1. Visit the University portal: https://portal.fumhsf.edu.ng
  2. Click on "Create New Account"
  3. Register using a valid email address and provide all required details
  4. Log in to your account and follow the on-screen prompts to complete your application
  5. Verify your JAMB Registration Number and personal details
  6. Generate and pay a non-refundable screening fee of ₦2,000 (Two Thousand Naira only) — bank charges exclusive — to the University through Remita
  7. Complete the online screening form and upload your relevant credentials
  8. Review your application carefully, submit and print an acknowledgement receipt
  9. Visit https://caps.jamb.gov.ng to ensure that your O'Level results have been uploaded

Important Notice

  1. The Post-UTME screening exercise is strictly online
  2. No physical appearance at the University campus is required
  3. The deadline for closing of applications is Friday, 25th October, 2025

Change of Programme

Candidates who selected the University as their first choice and scored 180 and above, but did not meet the cut-off mark of 200 or were unable to secure admission into their preferred programme due to limited space, may be considered for other available programmes.

Such candidates are advised to log in to the JAMB Portal to accept the change and finalize their admission process into the University after the Post-UTME screening.
